RENTAL AGENT

SOMMAIRE :
  • Responsible for the reception of the customers and the various administrative tasks related to the management of the reservations for vehicles, the leasing agreements and the insurances. He sees to the conformity of the leasing agreements and the management of the trucks and cars inventory.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉES :
  • Receive the customer and writes the reservations, contracts and invoices.
  • Carry out, if need be, modifications to the reservations, contracts and invoices.
  • Control various supporting documents (driver's licence, credit card, debit card) necessary in the drafting of the reservations, contracts and invoices.
  • Manage the vehicles agenda (manual and computerised) by registering there, all the relevant information contained in the reservations, contracts and invoices.
  • Carry out the update of the vehicle's agenda and computer's inventory as soon as the return inspection of a vehicle is available.
  • Communicate with the jockeys and coordinates their work in order to ensure the delivery of the vehicle the customer in the intended deadlines.
  • Welcome the customers and establish a set of priorities in the handling of this, versus the customer phone calls.
  • Answers the incoming calls, and if need be, redistributes the calls towards other departments.
  • Sees to the correct operation of the fuel filling terminal and the printing of those statements.
  • Record the various transactions in the cash register when necessary.
  • Coordinate the delivery and the recovery of vehicles at corporate and private customer's address.
  • Control the list of latecomers at least 2 times per day to confirm the status of the contract or reservation.
  • Prepare the list of the vehicles to be delivered the next day.
QUALIFICATIONS :
  1. Formation : Secondary 5 completed or work experience juged equivalent and pertinent.
  2. Pertinent experience : 1 to 2 years pertinent experience in the customer service field, preferably in the retail business or services business.
  3. Other competences : Great learning potential for our customer service software : "10-4 Plus" (by UNICOM), ie, basic computer knowledge like Windows and Office. Driver's license (class 5), good presentation, client-approach and bilingualism.
SCHEDULE :
    Full-Time or Part-Time depending on your availlability.
SALARY :
    CAN 10.50 $ / h
